From the construction to the decoration, only high quality materials and furniture have been used. You will be able to enjoy gorgeous sunsets and beautiful seaside views from its spacious terrace, as you soak in the jacuzzi or engage in some swimming on our 12 meter long, heated pool, both completely sheltered from the characteristic windy weather of the island.

On clear days, which are the larger part of the year, you will also be able to see the island of Fuerteventura and Lobos, sitting in the ocean only a couple of miles away from Lanzarote.

The villa’s close proximity to Playa Blanca, where the ferry to Fuerteventura departs from, will allow you to easily make a day trip and explore our sister islands.
The villa is built on a quiet, private neighbourhood and has complete privacy.

Inside the villa you will find four bedrooms, each one of them equipped with an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen with over a thousand channels and high speed internet. They are also equipped with shutters regulated by a switch, which are able to stop 100% of the outside light for the light sleepers!
You will have views to the ocean from all of the bedrooms, as well as direct access to the terrace, jacuzzi and swimming pool.

The swimming pool is 12 by 4 meters, and has an automatic heating system for the winter months. The jacuzzi allows for 7 people to use it at one time, and it holds 58 jets. On the opposite side of the terrace you will find a nice “chill out” area with a pool table and a barbecue, sheltered from the wind and the sun. The ideal place to enjoy a game while soaking in the views and having a cold beverage!

The dinning/living room is very spacious, with warm, wood ceilings that will give you a cosy “at home” feeling. Its large, glass doors to the terrace will allow you to keep enjoying the landscape as you dine. The kitchen has direct access to the living room, with a sliding door that at the same time separates it from the rest of the house.

The villa has the best of both worlds;
The quiet feeling of being alone in a beautiful scenery, while also being close enough that you will be able to reach the Marina with a five minute walk and enjoy the several restaurants, little shops and boats of the area. By car, it will take you 5 minutes to reach the centre of the touristic area of Puerto del Carmen, which has a lot to offer, including beaches, a mall, several shops that face the ocean, restaurants, nightlife and an 18 hole high class golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus
